Refund Policy and Acceptable Use

Refund Policy:

The 4 step 'Create a job listing' process within the We R Jobs website is fully automated and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) are billed in real time at the payment stage (step 3) of the process. A receipt is e-mailed confirming all successful payments.

When step four of the process - creating the actual job listing - is completed, the new listing is sent to We R Jobs administrators for final approval before publication on the website. A final confirmation e-mail is then sent.

Once the final confirmation e-mail is sent the job listing is published live on the We R Jobs website and no refunds of any type are available under any circumstances after that time.

Acceptable Use Policy:

We R Jobs reserves the right to refuse to publish any new or updated version of any job listing submitted.

Offensive, vulgar or illegal content will not be accepted under any circumstances and We R Jobs has complete discression in judgement of what constitutes acceptable or unacceptable content.

If a new job listing submission is considered by We R Jobs to be unacceptable, a refund of the full purchase price less a $5.00 administration fee will be processed by We R Jobs within 48 hours, and a notification e-mail will be sent to the purchaser.

If a previously approved job listing is updated with content that is considered by We R Jobs to be unacceptable, the update will be rejected and the purchaser notified but no refund will apply.

We R Jobs is a professional recruitment service provider and we fully understand that in todays business enviromnent certain details published within job listings can change before the expiry of the 30 day listing period.

To that end, We R Jobs offers the ability to submit modifications to current listings, which are approved and published free of charge on the website.

This free service allows for minor modifications to current job listings, we reserve the right to refuse major modifications such as replacing current job listings with a fundamentally different job listing. We also reserve the right to levy additional fees for each update after the first 4 updates approved for any single job listing.
